The breakfast had a pretty good range, and our room was clean with a well-equipped bathroom. We could just about see the sea from our balcony, and the hotel was perfectly placed, very close to the sea. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It was a shame we couldn't leave our suitcases after checkout, though I understand that was a covid measure.

“No toilet.” Good to know. I won't consider renting a room here. Best of luck with the hospitality training.

We spent 10 days on Elba and everything went smoothly, from check-in right through checkout. The location works perfectly for both the sea and the city center, and parking is convenient and very close. Our room was large, with a terrace overlooking the sea, and the cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast had lots of good options. Nothing negative to say, highly recommended!

Before I even got inside, I had an absurd experience. I was waiting in the hotel parking lot for a few minutes with my hazard lights on while my girlfriend went into the pharmacy next door, and I was also planning to check in. The owner came up to me aggressively and hysterically, ordering me to leave in an arrogant, rude tone without letting me explain. There wasn't even a hello or a simple question. It was humiliating and unacceptable, and showed no respect for others. If this is how they treat a potential customer, it's easy to imagine the rest of the service being just as poor. Avoid this place.

Everything was impeccably clean, and they replenished the courtesy set several times. Breakfast was varied and well stocked. The hotel is just steps from both the beach and the center. Congratulations!
