Mr. Alberto was so welcoming and kind. The apartment is right above a supermarket and only steps from the pedestrian area, with its shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, pharmacies, and laundromats. Parking is available inside the building, which is essential here. I was especially impressed by how clean the furniture and room were. The coffee machine was a nice extra, and I loved the small balcony with a table for breakfast or lunch. It faces west, so the evening sun makes it hot, but indoors the powerful fan and air conditioning take care of that. The only downside for me was the bathroom's small window, which looks straight onto the stairwell.

The studio is surprisingly spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, and the sheets arrived clean and neatly ironed. The apartments are reasonably clean too, and the location is handy for the center and supermarket. That said, the furnishings are dated and the place needs updating. Some electrical outlets are broken, which feels unsafe. The worst part of our stay was a group of kids screaming around the property seven nights a week. It kept waking me and other guests, and we had to go out several times to fetch them. Complaining to the owner didn't help.

Recently renovated and very spacious, with a lovely terrace. It's well placed for both the beach and town. A really nice place.

We had a wonderful holiday, both in the apartment and out exploring. The sea and grocery store were nearby, and the owner was kind enough to let us move in earlier than expected. We were three families sharing apartment no. 1 from August 11th to 18th, 2018. It was very large, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The big terrace was the best part, and eating out there was fantastic, though it would have been even better with a veranda.
