Every dish was packed with flavor and cooked just right. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and all the flavors worked perfectly together. I’m still dreaming about that meal.

I keep coming back to this retreat, several times a year, and I leave feeling mentally refreshed and physically renewed each time. It gives me real peace of mind and a break from everyday stress. I also consistently lose weight and feel lighter in both body and mind, with a deeper sense of spiritual uplift, clarity, and purpose. I’ve made lasting friendships with other guests who understand the journey and support one another. The mountain setting is stunning in every season, and the hotel has a warm family atmosphere. The whole family runs it, knows guests by name, and makes you feel cared for and at home. The spa has a pool, steam room, and sauna, which make a lovely setting for detoxing. The kind, caring aestheticians offer wonderful massages and beauty treatments. Romina treats me like a queen every time, and I come away from her sessions refreshed and energized. The morning walks with Paul through the mountains are magical, with quiet scenery and fresh alpine air. In summer, there are lovely evening walks too, a chance to unwind and take in the landscape. This place is my refuge and little corner of paradise. It brings together nature, thoughtful care, and a supportive community, and I can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone looking to feel renewed.

I felt stronger than ever after fasting, and I’ll definitely do this twice a year. The Stocker family is always there to make the stay memorable, and the morning and evening hikes are breathtaking. The hotel and surroundings are wonderful, with beautiful nature, a sauna, massages, and great daily activities. After fasting I had three days on the basic diet, and the food was Michelin-star quality. The prices are very reasonable for what you get.

I had such a good fasting retreat at Alphotel Stocker. The setting is excellent, with wonderful hikes in the splendid Dolomites, and the spa is just right. The guests were lovely too.
