For a 3 star hotel, it has a lot going for it: professional staff, large rooms, balconies with a lovely view of Lago Di Garda lake, and great food with a generous half board. I can’t understand why it hasn’t got 4 stars.

The balcony views are breathtaking, and the room was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The family running this idyllic mountain hotel provides incredibly good service. On my husband’s birthday, they left a bottle of sparkling wine in the room, a lovely surprise. Breakfast was perfect, with nothing missing, and the hotel’s dinner menu was very affordable for the quality. They took care of everything so guests would be comfortable. When we had to leave early for the airport, breakfast was waiting for us by the door. We’ll definitely come again!

For a 3 star hotel, it’s very good. The location and views are lovely, the staff are very friendly, and the swimming pool and sauna are amazing. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The drive up is beautiful, though a little scary, and it’s worth it. There’s a brand new pool overlooking the lake, and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. The place looks old school and could use some renovations, but it’s worth the money. We loved our stay and think it deserves more stars. The restaurant food is nice and cheap, though the starters were a bit too salty. We’d recommend it.

We ended up having dinner at the village hotel every night after trying one place out on the first evening. The meals were good, portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. Breakfast had plenty of variety too. Our apartment came with its own little garden and a beautiful view, and the whole place felt like a welcome break from the chaos. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.
