I especially loved the spa. It looked great, was clean, and felt modern, with a sauna, steam room, and somewhere to relax. The hotel is excellent and very well located, just a few meters from ski rental and a stop for the ski bus if you're not driving. Dinner was outstanding and gourmet style, with so much food that you should arrive hungry. The staff throughout were really friendly. I'd definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was poor, and I found the hotel a bit expensive compared with other nice places I’ve stayed that had amazing food and breakfast. The food here was nice, though, and the rooms were lovely and really clean. The location is good.

The location in Sand in Taufer is very well connected to Kronplatz, where we usually went skiing. Hotel Heini has stayed in our hearts, and we recommend it for a long stay. The room, spa, and breakfast were truly excellent, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. We felt at home. I meant to write a lovely review after our stay a few weeks ago, and after hearing about Heini's passing, it feels right to give the hotel credit.
