We booked through booking and found the quality acceptable for a good price. Parking was included in the accommodation cost. The owner was helpful, though we were surprised by how much attention he paid to guests. The food was tasty and the wellness area was acceptable. Our room was clean and the bed linen was nice, but the bathroom could have been better equipped, with a cosmetic basket.

The staff were really friendly and happy to help with everything, even though they didn't speak any English. The room had a lovely view, and I liked that there was a sauna and steam room. They weren't kept on all the time, but staff turned them on when I asked. We waited for them to heat up, and they still felt a little cooler than they should. I'm sure they'd be great in winter when they're on all the time. Food was provided, and it was okay.

It has everything you need for a holiday, including a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym. This small, charming family hotel is close to the Kronplatz ski resort. The staff are friendly, always smiling, and ready to help whenever needed.
