From here, getting to the services you need is easy, and Campitello is handy if you're planning to ski. The house is lovely, the internet works well, and it's a great spot to take in Campobasso's old town.

We were in Campobasso for work, but Civico 49 made me want to come back for a holiday. I knew the city already, yet staying right in the old village let me see its history and everyday local life in a new way, with plenty still to discover. Our double room had a beautiful terrace overlooking the area. The rooms are furnished with real care, and the breakfast room is well stocked. The host was wonderful about recommending places to visit and, especially, spots for local food. I rarely find somewhere this pleasant and thoughtfully designed at such good value. Spectacular!

Getting there with suitcases was a real struggle. The B&B sits uphill and takes quite a climb up lots of stairs. The rooms share bathrooms rather than having private ones. I found the bed comfortable, though the pillow was far too high and hard for me.

The staff were lovely, and the apartment's spot in the historic center is breathtaking. It's been fully renovated and furnished in a simple, tasteful, elegant way. Everything was impeccably clean. Highly recommended.

The owners' kindness really stood out: they were helpful, courteous, and friendly throughout. The place itself is lovely and carefully put together, with clean, welcoming rooms. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh food made at home. I'd happily stay again.
