The garden and location were nice, and breakfast was good, though the staff didn't always ask whether we wanted tea or coffee. The rooms and bathrooms felt very old and outdated. Our shower wouldn't drain even after two attempts to fix it, and there was an odd smell in the bathroom. Ana at reception was rude. She rolled her eyes almost every time we asked something, and we felt so uncomfortable that we didn't want to walk past the desk. We had four rooms for six nights, and all of us felt the same way. This wasn't the hotel experience we expected.

We liked the outdoor areas and beach, but the rooms felt run-down, especially the bathroom, and weren't as clean as we expect from other hotels. A bathroom light was broken and still hadn't been fixed after two days. The fitness equipment was very dated, and €22 for a tiny, basic lunch salad seemed overpriced. The service wasn't as friendly as we hoped, either. When a beach umbrella broke and fell toward my face, neither the manager nor anyone else offered support or even a kind gesture. At €380 a night for a five-star hotel, we expected much more. I wouldn't recommend it at that price.

Room 162 had a lovely balcony and great views, and the beach and pools were perfect. We had a peaceful, relaxing stay with some great snorkeling. There’s a town within walking distance with delicious food and music at night. The restaurant food was good, with the usual breakfast choices. Golf was challenging on a short, very windy course. Nine holes felt a little pricey, but having a course right at the resort is hard to beat. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Our friends got a lovely basic room with a roof deck. We ended up in room 120, which was like a dungeon below the bar. The only quiet stretch was 1AM-6AM, with loud banging nearly all day. We later saw that the bar's walking platform was unattached and banging directly above us. I spoke with the front desk several times and asked to move rooms or have them check and fix the platform. They only offered an upgrade for an extra $500 per night. That completely spoiled what was supposed to be a relaxing beach holiday. We were sleep-deprived and grumpy. After three nights, they moved us to the only room available, a handicap accessible one. I can't believe they put guests in room 120, and I can't recommend staying here.
