The room is nice and has everything, including more breakfast supplies than I expected. It's in a condominium on the third floor, though the outside could use some attention; seeing a trash can nearby on arrival isn't pleasant. I'd suggest adding corner guards to the two bottom corners of the double bed, since I hurt my toes on them twice. The shower also needs maintenance.

My friend and I, both over 65, had a wonderful stay and thought the price was very, very reasonable. I'm especially grateful to Simona. The apartment is on a charming street in the historic center, with terraced buildings and a rather steep staircase, which is understandable for a place like this. Inside there's a kitchenette with coffee machine, fridge, stove, and TV, plus everything for a hearty breakfast: biscuits, snacks, jams, milk, coffee, and fruit juice. The comfortable bathroom was a plus. The bedroom has a double bed and a single one, a large TV, air conditioning, and WiFi. There's also a lovely terrace with a panoramic city view, though you have to climb the stairs to get there. Highly recommended, I can't think what more you'd want.

The room had been renovated and looked clean, but it was on the third floor of an old building with no elevator, surrounded by other old houses in a working-class neighborhood away from the center. The sheets weren't cotton and weren't even white. You can find better places for the same price. Strongly not recommended.

The room stayed cold the whole time, morning and evening, because the heating system barely worked. I also had trouble getting hot water. The property is in an old building with no elevator.
