The beds were comfortable, and there’s a shared kitchen stocked with drinks, snacks, and coffee. Everything inside feels brand new, you can still smell the fresh timber, and the location worked really well for me. Marina was so lovely and took time to explain how everything worked. She even gave me a booklet of things to do. I’d stay here again if I return to Campobasso.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, though it’s best to book and check which days they’re closed. The host was friendly and ready to answer questions. We stayed around the Ferragosto holiday and could always find free parking on the nearby streets. The B&B is in Campobasso’s historic center, below Monforte Castle. Our new attic room was roomy and comfortable, with air conditioning and a Velux window, and the bathroom was spacious with a shower and amenities. Breakfast is served there, with packaged food, milk, and yogurt; coffee, tea, and water are available too. There’s also a nearby café with lots of good croissants and pastries, plus a creamy cappuccino.

The room was spacious, lovely, and all new, and the central location made it a good value. We only stayed one night, but the service was courteous and professional and everything went smoothly.

The owner was so nice and helped me find the place. Without her, I might still be searching, since Google Maps tried to send me down a one-way street in the wrong direction. The B&B is right in Campobasso’s Centro Storico. I’d planned to stop for just one night, but I would have happily stayed longer.
