A decent place to stop overnight on the way to Lake Como. The restaurant is good, though tucked away in the basement, and the rooms are very basic.

We came with our soccer team for a retreat and stayed at this hotel, pizzeria, and restaurant. The family running the place made us feel very welcome. Matteo, the owner, made excellent pizza, and Gabriele, his father, prepared a menu of traditional food with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend it.

The rooms were comfortable, and the food ranged from simple pizza to the house specialty. Everyone was available and friendly, clearly with experience in the business. They even got creative for Halloween weekend. Good value for the money, and I'd recommend it. Well done!!!!!

The welcome felt genuinely warm, and the meal had that lovely, homely feel. The room was small, but the beds were good. Breakfast was the one letdown: a nice croissant, but only two rusks with cherry jam, which I don't like, and I had to ask for butter. Shame, because nearly everything else was so good.

The bill came to €29 for two Cokes, a coffee, and a couple of great dishes. I'm teetotal, so the Cokes suited me. The Chiavenna Valley gnocchi with cheese was delicious, and the braised ribs were spectacular. I even used bread to mop up the sauce.
