Cumana Blu Apartments

We stayed with our dog, and everything worked out perfectly, from the apartment with its garden to the shared spaces and the pool. The pool really is the property's extra attraction. This is an enchanting farmhouse in the hills, surrounded by quiet and looked after so well by Mrs. Alessandra. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing break with everything needed nearby. We love the peace and sea view here, and it's so close to the water. We've returned to Cumana Blu several times over the years and always had a wonderful stay. In the Cimmeria apartment, the garden terrace looks out over the sea. The place is clean, well cared for, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, with new, good-quality dishes instead of the usual old ones. We made use of both the fully equipped fitness area and the hot tub. Alessandra, the owner, always gives us a warm welcome and makes us feel at home. Our four-legged friends are welcome too. As soon as our Labrador reaches the junction of the main road and the Cumana road, he starts wagging his tail and showing how happy he is to be back.

I stayed alone in the Cumana studio apartment because I love blue and the upper floors. It was a real gem, and the little view of the azure Adriatic from the balcony felt like a dream. The modern, elegant saltwater pool won me over too. In the huge park, the sea view and those imposing, centuries-old oak trees make you feel refreshed in body and mind. I'm a very demanding guest, but this family-run property went far beyond what I expected. Hats off to Silvia and Sara for keeping the villa so well maintained. They also gave me good advice about getting around, places and villages to visit, and restaurants. Their courtesy and helpfulness made the stay perfectly relaxing. Without a doubt, the best residence in the area.

The walls aren't very soundproof, so noisy neighbors could be a problem. But the rest of the stay was a wonderful experience. It's a house with about seven apartments in different sizes, and while the property seems to have opened less than 10 years ago, it's run by real professionals. The apartments are carefully furnished in a rustic style that fits the surroundings. They were very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and discreet. I never felt like anyone was trying to scam me. The setting is full of greenery and the sounds of nature, with a marvelous view over a gentle valley that feels suspended in time. You can see the small town of Campofilone in the distance. The saltwater pool sits on a terrace, and the sunsets really do make you smile. There are outdoor areas to relax and barbecue, a small children's entertainment program, a little gym, and a hot tub near the laundry area. I was pleased to find regulars who've chosen this same place for their holidays for years. That says a lot about the quality of the management.
