Croce Bianca Leisure & Spa

The owner doesn't seem to welcome noisier children, though the atmosphere otherwise is quiet. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome at Ski. Silvana and Jyoti were always available with information and support to help make the stay pleasant. The hotel is neat and clean, with a generous breakfast and a nice spa for relaxing.

Step outside Croce Bianca and the town is buzzing with cafés, people and movement, but inside it feels peaceful and warm. That contrast is what made the stay special for us. It's a small, intimate hotel right in the heart of Canazei, with kind staff who are attentive without hovering. The soft light, quiet and cozy feeling made it feel like coming home, and like time had paused. Intimate, peaceful and authentic, it was one of the best places we've stayed in Canazei.

After a full day skiing, the pool and hot tub were excellent. I stayed six nights in January, and the room was spacious. There’s a decent restaurant in the hotel, which was convenient, and each room gets a locker in the modern, secure ski storage room. Jyoti was particularly helpful, answering my many emails before the trip and sharing useful information. The nearest cable car station, lift number 101, isn’t right next door, but the ski bus stop is a few steps from the entrance and just one stop away. Highly recommended for a visit to Dolomiti!

Jyoti, Roberta and especially Silvana went out of their way to help with anything we needed. The hotel and its location were amazing, and I highly recommend it. I just wish the pool and spa hours were set differently so more people could use them.
