We had an amazing week. It’s a peaceful place that works well for families. The food and service were excellent, and the massages were absolutely excellent too. I definitely recommend it.

Pasquale was among the helpful staff, and the hotel had great mountain views from the rooms. We vacationed there from Feb 22 to March 1st 2025 and had a great experience. The spa was awesome, with a pool, hot tub, and sauna, just what you need after a day of skiing. The lifts were easy to reach, with gondola access to ski the Sellaronda and Marmalada close to the hotel area. Would definitely go back. From Mamaroneck, New York;USA

After a morning of hiking, we loved coming to the peaceful spa at the end of the day. The staff were so helpful. It’s a great place to rest and get a good night’s sleep, with lovely rooms and decor and a spectacular view of the dolomites.

We left after the first night because the hotel wouldn’t move us to the standard room we had booked or refund the remaining stay. The staff and owner were dismissive, said the noise wasn’t their fault, and told us to come back after 10pm if we couldn’t tolerate it. Standard rooms appeared available online for those dates, despite their claim that none were available. We felt we were repeatedly given false explanations and treated badly, and we’re writing this so others don’t face the same stress and extra cost of finding another hotel. The room was a junior suite, described as a free upgrade, but it was directly above the kitchen. There was loud talking, banging cupboard doors and clattering silverware until after 10:30pm, then loud music with bass vibrating through the floor from 8:30pm. The room phone was broken too. We heard the kitchen staff and found no outside noise when we opened the balcony door. The owner checked that the sound wasn’t coming from elsewhere. Their later explanation about a concert at the town hall doesn’t fit: that happened the night after we checked out. The male staff member who first showed us the room also asked whether we knew another guest with an Asian name. We asked to return to the room we originally booked, but they wouldn’t move us that night, the next day, or the day after. We were told the hotel wasn’t responsible, even though they hadn’t given us the booked room. We’ve since seen another review describing the same ongoing noise in a junior suite, so this wasn’t just our experience. Don’t accept the so-called upgrade to room 102. A review from three years earlier also mentions the noise in a junior suite.
