Residence Valfassa

The location is the only thing I liked. We stayed in apartment 41, building 73 at Residence Valfassa in Alba di Canazei. It measures 45 square meters, which by itself wouldn’t have bothered us, since we travel in a camper too. But the photos didn’t show how low the ceiling is, especially in the bathroom. When we raised the issue, the agency representative said the photos were real, which felt like an attack. The bathtub sits under the sloping roof, so you can’t get into it to wash properly. There’s no bidet, the lights are run-down, housekeeping was poor, and there was no heating. The garage was included in the price, but we couldn’t use it because of a key problem, and the price stayed the same. In my opinion, the apartment isn’t suitable for anyone unless the bathroom is fixed. Never again.
