Green Class Hotel Candiolo

We stayed for one night at this simple, nice, clean hotel outside Torino. The beds were comfortable, the staff friendly, and the view over the field was lovely. It’s suitable for children and pets, and breakfast was simple but good. Not every room has a balcony, and the air conditioning is very noisy.

The room felt like a prison, with a small, hard bed and poor lighting. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. The only reason I can think of is its proximity to the hospital. The hotel sits in a cornfield by a major highway, so going out for a jog isn’t really possible. There’s no restaurant, gym, or anything else, and the receptionist suggested places that were closed or didn’t open until 20:00. The neighboring houses all looked like rat holes. This was such a bad hotel, I wouldn’t wish it on my enemy.

We were on a road trip and really needed a good night’s sleep, but it was impossible with all the noise. We could hear water pipes from the other rooms and people talking at 6 in the morning. The employees were very friendly, which I’m sorry to say didn’t make up for the disappointing noise. I can’t recommend it if you want to sleep well. Good luck.

Lovely, very clean place with friendly people. It was ten times better than Ibis Torino, where we stayed the night before.
