There are several spots in the gardens for sitting or having a meal, and the outdoor gym and pool are nice extras. The apartment is roomy, and the place stays peaceful while still being central for exploring. Enzo and Sabrin are lovely hosts.

The manager was so friendly and helpful, and it was clear the owner takes real care with the property and guests. Everything, from our room to the big garden, was lovely, clean, and well looked after. Getting here from Assisi by car was easy. I’d happily return on another trip to Umbria.

We were there July 9th to 16th, and the outdoor areas were kept beautifully. Our apartment was spotless and had all the comforts we needed. Enzo and Sabrina were thoughtful and incredibly kind whenever we needed anything. It’s a relaxing base for getting to Umbria’s loveliest places, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Our double room was roomy, clean, and had coffee-making things right there. The staff were welcoming and happy to point us toward local sights and places to eat, with useful tips. The B&B sits below Assisi, and its leafy garden makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the Umbrian setting.

Kira, the dark Labrador, was a lovely part of the stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind, and the apartment was beautiful and had every comfort. It worked perfectly for families with kids or teenagers. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it.
