The owners made us feel like old friends, they’re warm and welcoming. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was generous with plenty of variety. Set near the top of a hill, the place has a breathtaking view. We really enjoyed the stay and will certainly return.

The hosts were lovely and so welcoming, with lots of useful suggestions. Our room was cute and spotless, and breakfast was delicious. The B&B’s setting is breathtaking, and the whole stay was unforgettable. Highly recommended.

We found this place by pure chance and ended up with something that felt more like visiting friends than a B&B stay. Marco and his wife were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and gave us the chance to spend two days in a peaceful oasis with an amazing view. Thank you for the experience.

Marco and Simonetta made us feel very welcome. They were friendly, shared restaurant suggestions and off-the-beaten-path routes, and created a familiar, genuine atmosphere. We also enjoyed Marco’s pleasant, thoughtful conversations about Umbria, and pets are welcome, which was a bonus for us. The B&B Madonna del Latte is a 17th-century farmhouse among quiet olive groves, overlooking the hills with a breathtaking view of Assisi and Spello. Our room felt romantic and was beautifully kept, with a view worth the trip on its own. We were enchanted by the place, and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful stay.
