Angelo really makes this place special. He's always helpful, serves a generous breakfast, and even provides great wine for long evenings on the terrace under the pergola. His beautiful garden is a little paradise to relax in after a day at the lake. We spent three days here as a group of six. The villa has an authentic Italian charm, and the new rooms in the side building are very comfortable, clean, and well furnished. There's private parking on site. Several restaurants are within a ten-minute walk, and the lake is an easy 30-minute walk along the river.

The garden was beautiful, and we loved having breakfast there. The homemade cakes and yogurt were a hit with the kids, who also enjoyed playing outside. Angelo gave us such a warm, friendly welcome and looked after us so thoughtfully. The house impressed us from the start. We only had one night, but we’ll definitely return. Thanks for everything!

We rode the free bikes along a lovely path beside the river and reached the lakefront in about 15 minutes. Cannobio is around five minutes away by car, and there’s a shuttle too. The rooms are simply but tastefully done, and the garden is a relaxing spot with mountain views. Such a beautiful setting.

With its lovely garden and brunch, this felt more like a magnificent Italian villa than a bed and breakfast. It’s in beautiful Cannobio, and I’d happily come back.

The host made us feel welcome and took time to explain what we could do nearby. He can also book restaurants for you. Our room was quite large, the bed was comfortable, and the place was very quiet. I recommend it.
