I was overwhelmed with joy during my stay at this stunning resort in Italy! Francheska gave outstanding service and showed such genuine care, and I’m so grateful to her. Many thanks too to the hard-working staff for their remarkable efforts. The rooms at Torcito Resort were spotless, and I really appreciated that they were cleaned every day. It was such a relief to return to a fresh, tidy room after exploring. Those were the best vacations I’ve ever had, an unforgettable, blissful retreat that left me feeling so happy and grateful 😍

The few staff members who tried to take care of basic guest needs deserve credit, but that was about the only bright spot. We came back for the regional tennis championships, hoping the resort would have improved since our last visit. Instead, it felt even worse. The place is dated and neglected, and things are chaotic from reception to meals and entertainment. Our room needs a major overhaul too. The food was so poor that decent meals seemed out of reach, and the service made it even more frustrating. Appetizers arrived after the main course, portions for the 13- and 14-year-olds playing sports all day were tiny, and sometimes there was food for only half the diners. We had to complain to get things that were already part of the full-board package. Many restaurant staff struggled with Italian, and they seemed to be following management's completely illogical instructions. Spending money only to feel like a nuisance because of this approach to hospitality was miserable. I can’t bring myself to give one star, out of respect for the few people who did their best.
