The rooms were warm and comfortable, and it’s a lovely location. A little pricey, though still good value for money.

I can only speak to the way they handled customer inquiries, and it was a very negative experience. I first messaged to ask about two nights and got a reply saying there was availability, with no hello or sign-off. When I emailed to ask for a quote, nobody answered. The next day I emailed again and was told they had a room for just one night. I also asked about dinner but heard nothing, so I followed up by email the next day. By then, they said there was no availability at all. The replies were extremely rude, and the customer service was poor, with that feeling of "one word is not enough, two is too many." I certainly won't recommend them.

We’d been visiting the Christmas markets and were hungry and worn out. Places around there were full and very expensive, and some people in Campo di Giove had recommended this lovely spot in Cansano AQ. We arrived exhausted and were welcomed like family. The fireplace was lit, there were lots of people, and the lady set a table for four beside the fire. It felt like a dream, warm and Christmassy, with a tree and a cozy atmosphere. We ordered house starters, first courses, and grilled meat. The service was superb. The antipasto was spectacular, with typical ricotta, cheeses, and fried pizzas, and they also brought us freshly baked hot pizza slices. We were already full. After a bit of conversation and some good red wine, the ravioli arrived, a must-have, followed by roast lamb. Then a coffee to finish. Three hours passed without us noticing. We came across it by chance for a family lunch. The portions were generous and good, with excellent value. For four people, an appetizer and main course with only water came to €92. Recommended.
