Lovely apartment Piazza Navona

The apartment is spacious, modern and in an ideal location, but the noise made it impossible to sleep. The first-floor windows face the street and there's no soundproofing. Garbage collectors came for glass and rubbish at 3 and 5 a.m., traffic kept going below, and we could hear every conversation from the neighbors. The heating was deafening, like a drill running constantly. In the middle of winter, we had to choose between turning it off and getting cold or leaving it on and losing sleep. It's a shame. If we'd known how noisy it was, we'd have chosen a different apartment.
