There’s free, secure parking right outside, with a roofed area for smokers. The apartment is lovely, with cozy, practical facilities, and it’s just a few meters from Vatican City and the Paul VI Auditorium, where general audiences with His Holiness Francis I take place.

Getting around was easy: bus 64 stops nearby, costs Euro 1.50, passes places like P. Navona, Pantheon, P. Venezia, and Forum Romanum, then ends at Roma Termini. The owner can also arrange transfers from FCO or CIA at a reasonable price. The guesthouse is a pleasant 3+1 apartment with room for nine: three double beds and three sofas. St. Peter's Square is about a brisk five-minute walk away, and the Vatican is in sight. Breakfast can be ordered for about 300 CZK, though there are plenty of nearby restaurants with breakfast menus too. Accommodation is very good value, but there's a one-time 65 Euro cleaning charge per stay, so a longer visit makes more sense. The kitchen has what you need, including a washing machine and detergent, and every room has its own toilet and shower, plus a hairdryer.

The manager was kind and ready to help. The place is modern, tidy, and well looked after, in a very central spot just a few steps from St. Peter's Square. We had a very positive stay.
