It’s an old place, but clean, and the people were friendly. It’s very close to the attractions. Make sure you email beforehand for the codes to get into the building, flat, and room. I liked everything except the bathroom in our room. We weren’t in the room much, though, so it was good overall.

The location was OK, about 15 minutes from Termini. The room was fine for one night before leaving Rome, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer. The bathroom and floor need renovation, the walls are very thin, and you can hear everything in the neighboring room.

Martina was amazing. She looked after us and the other customers like we were her own family. That was the best customer care I’ve ever had. Keep it up!

The shower was the one letdown. It took several minutes to get warm, and the pressure was so poor that washing my hair took forever. The room was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable. Though it’s on the 6th floor, the lift works well and is quiet at night. There’s hardly any street noise, and the curtains and shutters block out the daylight really well. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the station.

We stayed five nights and found the place well located for local restaurants, with the main attractions about a 30min walk away. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The walls are quite thin and the bed was a little uncomfortable, but earplugs and an extra blanket would easily help.
