Such a lovely spot, and really good value. The WiFi could use a stronger signal, and the password was the most complicated thing I've ever had to type. Shortening it would help.

The apartment was beautifully furnished, and breakfast was amazing. It’s in a gorgeous spot up in the hills. Highly recommend it.

Carola was so welcoming, and breakfast was AMAZING, enough to leave you too full for lunch if you eat it all. The B&B sits in the hills near Gubbio, with a lovely view over a quiet valley. The apartment has a rustic feel but is fully equipped, including a fireplace that heats the whole house.

Everything was very clean, and breakfast was really good. There’s a pleasant living room and kitchen with everything you need, plus a lovely fireplace and a well-furnished outdoor area. The apartment has two double bedrooms, another room with three single beds, and two bathrooms.

We were the first guests in this brand-new property, and the care put into every detail shows both inside and out. There’s a restored original wooden-beam ceiling in the living room and a patio with wooden beams and a lovely barbecue. Green hills fill the view, and the prices are in line with other B&Bs.
