I had a really unpleasant stay and can’t recommend this Airbnb. The place is extremely remote, far from everything. I was travelling alone and felt uneasy because the area was completely dark. The host was impatient and unfriendly when I mentioned it, and told me I could wait outside in the dark and decide whether to stay. I felt no empathy from her. She was meant to collect me from the bus stop that evening, but arrived almost an hour late. The next morning, when I asked about a ride back to the stop, she said it would cost €30. Breakfast was very basic: a half-burnt scrambled egg, some fruit, and packaged supermarket cookies. The balcony table where I was meant to eat had two ashtrays full of cigarette butts. It was a bad experience, and there are many better options in the area.

The location was amazing, right by the lake, so you can go for a first swim in the morning 😊 The place was lovely, clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the service was super friendly.

We had a lovely time with our children at Lake of Segrino in Canzo, away from the well-known tourist routes. The landlady was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.

Fabiola welcomed us so warmly and shared recommendations for good local restaurants. The B&B was lovely, with newly renovated, very clean, spacious rooms. The swimming lake is only two minutes away. We especially enjoyed the eggs and tomatoes at breakfast, from her own chickens and garden.

We stayed just one night, and the host was very friendly and happy to check us in late. The room was large, with a comfortable bed and free tea and coffee. The bathroom looked modern and was spotless. It’s a great base for visiting Bellagio and the rest of Lake Como.
