The best part for us was the pool. The children's area was especially good, with its own 60 cm-deep pool. The garden is beautifully maintained, and the shaded playground, though small, had swings and a seesaw that were enough for us. The little train to the beach comes often and the kids loved it. We also slept comfortably in the beds, especially compared with the rest of the furniture. The apartment itself feels very worn and dated, almost like stepping back in time. The sound carries so much that it felt like living in an apartment block: we could hear the neighbours coming home and moving things around as if it were happening beside our bed. The air conditioner was loud too, and because of the bedroom wall, we couldn't use it at night and still sleep. The beds have rolling shutters, and the cover was just a plain sheet. The kitchen had dishes but no washing-up liquid, sponge, salt, or bin. Wi-Fi was only available by the pool, not in the apartment. The beach is grey and sandy, unlike the yellow sand at Lido Di Jesolo, and not ideal for making sandcastles. This feels more like a holiday village than a place with much Italian atmosphere. Caorle is 3-4 km away, and the area seemed full of tourists. The ice cream and food felt aimed at visitors, and the quality wasn't the best. There was no evening promenade like at classic resorts. On weekends, young Italian visitors sang in the apartments.
