Guests have to compete for parking with restaurant customers, since there are no spaces set aside for them. The bungalow-style rooms are about a five-minute walk from the main building, if you’re lucky, and offer no privacy at all. You can even hear people breathing in the other rooms. The restaurant seats around 500 across several rooms with terrible acoustics, and they can’t manage the crowds. We waited hours for service, water, or bread. Breakfast was basic, to say the least. A terrible stay. I hope I forget it soon.

We had such a great time that we came back for a second visit. We stayed from July 13th to 20th, and my 7-year-old daughter had a blast. The entertainment team led by Angelo and Jessica was truly exceptional. Alessia, Elisa, and Luisa, who run the mini-club, were so sweet and attentive. I highly recommend it!

The bottle-feeding area was a bit disorganized. I couldn’t find broth in time, and my baby couldn’t manage the wait. Even so, the resort was clean and well kept, and I’ll definitely return. I stayed at the beginning of August. The rooms were clean, with very large, fully renovated bathrooms, and the pools were clean too. The restaurant was excellent for both food and service. Everyone was helpful, including the chef, who was especially understanding with children. The waiters and reception staff were very kind, and the entertainment was great as well.

The staff made the whole stay feel special, from management to the bartenders, waiters, gardeners, and cleaning crew. Angelo, the entertainment manager, was a wonderful organizer and a delightful host and actor. Jessica got us moving with group dancing, muscle-toning sessions, and those legendary aqua aerobics classes. Giuseppe clearly loves his job and got all the teenagers involved in activities and games. The lovely mini-club girls had endless patience and were wonderful dancers. Ludovica, the most bubbly one, had such unique energy! It’s a small village, but it has everything you need and the food is genuinely excellent for a village. The entertainment crew brought so much enthusiasm and made guests feel like one big family. We had a blast. Thanks to everyone for making it such a unique experience.
