Hotel Poseidonia Mare

I was on a school field trip and arrived sick, needing prescribed medical help. Sandro, the owner, his family, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helped with my medical needs. Sandro took time every morning and night to help me and make sure I had a great experience. I really appreciate the care and service from everyone. The views are incredible, and being so close to the beach makes it a great place to swim and relax. There are buffalo farms nearby, too! I'd totally come back to Hotel Possidonia :)

The meals were a real highlight, from generous, perfectly cooked dishes during the day to a breakfast spread with plenty of fresh options each morning. The hotel itself is spotless, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the details. What stays with me most, though, is how warmly everyone treated me. Leaving nearly brings tears to my eyes because it feels like saying goodbye to friends. Alessandro, the hotel director, even drove me to mail a letter to France. That kind of thoughtful help made my stay especially memorable. The whole team seems to put real heart into making guests comfortable. I’m already thinking about coming back. Thank you for such a lovely time, I’m so grateful 🙏

The garden was a treat, especially when the ducks came by. We had excellent food and attentive service, and everyone was happy to help with anything. Enzo even picked us up after our first flight was cancelled and the replacement arrived late. The staff were wonderful all around.

We liked the town and the hotel enough to add another night, and having dinner there turned out to be a great choice. Kasia served us again, this time for a four-course Italian meal. The bolognese was delicious, and we really enjoyed the bufalo cheese in the first course. We'd arrived in October, at the end of the season, and it felt as if we had the place to ourselves. Our room was comfortable and clean, with the ocean about 300 meters away. Alessandro, the owner, was friendly at the front desk and told us some of the hotel's history. Breakfast was included: there was a buffet, plus a hot meal made with local items, and Kasia was a delight. I’d happily recommend staying here.
