10/10
It's family-run, with friendly, professional staff, large rooms, and beautiful pools. The beach is close, though the pools are so nice you may not feel like going down there much. If you do, the hotel can reserve loungers and umbrellas for you at the water's edge. The food at the hotel is excellent.

We had a great few days here. The owner was especially friendly, and the staff were even friendlier. Meals from breakfast through dinner were very good, and the service was fantastic. They'd top up your wine before your glass was even empty.

The wedding service was outstanding and the food was good, though I expected more. At the reception desk, the staff seemed bored and were busy on their phones and chatting with colleagues. The parking area wasn't secured, so anyone could get in, which doesn't seem ideal for this kind of place.

2/10
The only nice part of the place was the concierge ladies. The rooms are old, smell moldy, have no air conditioning, and the bed was so uncomfortable I might as well have slept on the floor. There are no amenities, and I ended up not staying. The place could make its vintage look work if they upgraded the furniture and dealt with the damp. Definitely not a four-star hotel.

The room was clean and okay, and the food was okay too. Staff could be hard to find sometimes, and it was difficult to have a conversation in English.
