The children had fun at the playground, and the beach is lovely, only a 250m walk away. We did have to deal with lots of biting insects at that time of year, though. Our apartment had air conditioning throughout and the beds were comfortable. It was quite dark inside, with only one bedroom getting much natural light. The rooms were functional. We came at the end of October, when the pool, though still advertised, was closed. The restaurant also seemed to be shut. Reception staff were helpful, but if we'd known that most of the hotel was closed for the season, we probably would've stayed somewhere else.

We had a really relaxing stay, using the pool and heading to the beach, which is just a few minutes away. Cross the road and take a short, wide path through the pine forest to the shore. There’s a choice of public or private beach, and our dog was welcome for a daily fee. The pool was clean and spacious, with room for children. The grounds were tidy too, with lawns and lots of plants. Outside our room there were chairs, a table, and a clothesline, and there was plenty of free indoor parking. You get in with a remote control. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Mrs. Teresa at reception was lovely, Ramsy the handyman gave us useful information about the supermarket and other amenities, and Mr. Vincenzo was attentive at breakfast. The buffet was served in a large, airy room that had recently been renovated. It was very pretty and welcoming. The cleaning ladies were friendly and always ready to help. We stayed on the hotel plan. The rooms themselves could do with renovation and modernizing.
