Chiara was especially kind and quick to help whenever we needed something. The property itself is simple, but very clean, neat, and affordable. It also makes a great base for Lucca and the surrounding hills, with all their villas and parks. I’d recommend it.

The cleaning lady was excellent, and the place itself was calm and peaceful. Still, the room wasn’t what I’d expected. There was a leak during some roof work that left water all over the bathroom floor, though it was repaired the next morning. A smell of smoke lingered, possibly from the pizzeria downstairs.

The room was quiet and soundproofed, with a comfortable bed and a warm, pleasant bathroom. The shower was roomy, and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. On a cold day, the independent heating worked well. We were also given a small bottle of water each and some chocolates. The lobby had brochures and leaflets everywhere. We felt very well looked after.

A handy spot just a few kilometers from the center, with a bar right in the same square. The rooms were clean and really nice, and we appreciated the welcome kit. Friendly atmosphere and plenty in stock. Recommended!

The rooms are basic but clean, the prices are reasonable, and it’s a quiet location. Breakfast is another plus since you can get it at pretty much any time, from early morning through noon.
