Catia’s service was AMAZING, and we even got a professional massage at the house. Everything was clean, including the house and garden. Shops and places to eat are close by, with a good bakery and supermarket as well as restaurants. Lucca, Pisa and Florence were all possible day trips from here. We had an amazing stay!

From the villa, we could walk to nearby villages or drive easily to places like Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Livorno. The location was superb, and the villa was beautiful, perfectly maintained and fully equipped.

The owners were easy to approach and available whenever needed. All the furnishings made the place feel like a real home rather than a vacation rental. Upstairs, the staircase to the bedrooms is beautifully crafted, while downstairs there’s a spacious living room with a fine wooden table, a chaise longue, an armchair and satellite TV. The kitchen is close by and well equipped, including a dishwasher. Outside, the secluded garden is lovely, with thoughtfully laid out spaces and well-kept flowerbeds and hedges. The spa and hydromassage area is fantastic, and the outdoor shower is very useful for cooling off or warming up. There’s also an annex where you can enjoy a massage. Near the villa, the beautiful outdoor living room promises cool evenings. It’s a very beautiful place inside and out.
