Casa Luciana was a hit with our family, and we’ll definitely return. There’s space for 12, so it’s great for a group of relatives or friends. The multilingual host was so friendly and helpful, and even arranged a pizza night where we each baked our own in the original outdoor oven. Inside, there’s a large kitchen, sitting room and laundry room, plus a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Upstairs are six large bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and air conditioning throughout, which was very welcome in the summer. The holiday feeling began as we drove up the driveway to the detached house, surrounded by a lovely garden and swimming pool.

There are plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade, among the flowers in the lovely green garden. The villa and grounds are beautifully kept and clean, with lots of privacy. The owners are easy to reach and very helpful. I’d absolutely recommend this beautiful place and will definitely return!

During our stay, storms knocked out the power twice. The first outage lasted well over 18 hours, and we had to throw away a lot of food from the fridge. We couldn’t use the amenities, but the host showed no sympathy and offered no solution or compensation. When we paid extra to have the bedding and towels changed, the job wasn’t done properly and dirty towels were left behind. The host’s response was, “do it yourself.” There was no cleaning, even during our week-long stay, and no support when things went wrong. For the premium price, we felt we were simply paying for a roof over our heads. I’d advise others to stay away.

The pool area had plenty of shade, and we made frequent use of the pizza oven during our two wonderful weeks at the villa. With 11 of us, there was lots of room. Antonio was very friendly and helpful. We’d assumed the ping-pong table shown in the photos would be there, but a previous group had damaged it. Antonio acted right away and brought a new one the very next day. Great service, and we highly recommend the villa.
