The views and quiet make this place feel magical. The owners are unusually kind and helpful, always available while still respecting guests' privacy. They look after the apartments and grounds with care, and give guests a warm welcome and useful information. The apartments are clean, well-kept, and fully equipped. The village is just a few minutes away on foot, with everything you need nearby, or a pleasant walk if that's all you're after.

There's a TV but no Wi-Fi. The apartments are well equipped and fairly central, with striking views of Pianosa, Montecristo, and even Corsica. Capoliveri center is only a few minutes away on foot, which is handy in summer when parking is scarce. It works well for families with children.

With sea views and parking, this is a great place to stay. The center is only 250 meters away, and parking is especially appreciated since finding a spot in Capoliveri is difficult. We highly recommend this little corner of paradise.

The beaches are just a few minutes away by car, and the apartment is convenient for all the town's amenities. It has a lovely porch and a huge garden, with room for 4-5 people. There's a barbecue too, for anyone who wants to enjoy local specialties at home. The owner was extremely courteous and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The owners are genuine and extremely helpful. There's plenty of outdoor space and a barbecue, with breathtaking sunsets over Capoliveri. The location is strategic, just a five-minute walk from the village.
