Wow, really nice.

The huge terrace was a highlight, with a lovely view and plenty of privacy. There are lots of garden chairs and loungers, a BBQ spot, and an outdoor shower for cooling off on hot days. Even the covered area is usable when it rains. The place is quiet and surrounded by beautiful countryside for walks and downtime, and it also works well as a base for day trips. We were greeted warmly, and the owner speaks English. They had prepared cake and wine for us on arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped, there’s a washing machine, and the design mixes modern touches with rustic Italian style. The bathroom is stylish, parking is right outside, and the village shops are about 5 km away. Arezzo is around a half-hour drive.

We ate outside after having a barbecue, with a breathtaking view all around. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, set amid greenery. I’d love to come back.
