Hotel Hubertus

We chose this for the start of our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect: the views are incredible, and the spa services and pools are amazing. It's very romantic, relaxing and quiet. I was surprised that a family-friendly hotel had this kind of atmosphere, with families vacationing here. Dinner is included in the price and is a 5-6 course gourmet menu each night. They call it 3/4 board, but there is food throughout the day. I have zero complaints. If your plan is lots of sightseeing around the Dolomites, I'd suggest staying in another area. But if you want a super relaxing hotel with everything and more in the Dolomites, this is a top tier choice. You definitely get what you're paying for and more.

The meals came with our package, and the food was on another level: extremely tasty and fresh, using local produce. Dinner was creative and memorable, with plenty of Tyrolean specialties. We also loved the hotel's weekly activities, including a winter lake hike and cooking at a local lady's house. Sonja was a wonderful guide, and we really appreciated her. After a week here, we left today already planning to come back later this year. The staff were incredible, shared information with each other, and made us feel so welcome. A special thanks to our restaurant host Manuela, who made breakfast and dinner feel special. The facilities were fantastic, with wooden details, very comfortable beds and breathtaking views. The aquatic facilities were incredible, especially the Sky Pool. We enjoyed the spa center and had 3 procedures, all with amazing specialists. We would return in a heartbeat. This place feels really special.

After morning hikes, we spent our afternoons unwinding by the pool or sauna. Some of the most iconic hikes take a bit of driving, around 60-90 mins, but they were well worth it, and this was a lovely place to come back to. The hotel itself is stunning, and the service was exceptional throughout. My husband and I stayed here for the second half of our honeymoon in July 2024. This is a delayed review, but I still remember how incredible the stay was. A big reason we chose the hotel was its thoughtful vegan tasting menu each evening, which exceeded our expectations. Be sure to email them after booking so they can prepare for your arrival. The chef offered varied menus with multiple options each night, carefully reflecting the traditional dishes, so we still felt connected to local cuisine. We couldn't recommend it more.

My husband and I visited Hubertus in December 2023, and it was a wonderful experience. Everything felt welcoming and comfortable, and that made the stay special. The calm, refreshing atmosphere was ideal for switching off from everyday stress. It's a truly fantastic place for a peaceful escape and real relaxation. I can't wait to find the time and chance to go back.
