Piccolo Ulivo Ranch

Our ground-floor apartment, which used to be a stable, was full of character and had everything we needed. It stayed pleasantly cool even with the heat outside. The pool area was especially well designed and enjoyable. The setting among the Casentino hills and woods is wonderful, and we sometimes spotted a four-legged visitor passing by in the evenings 😊. Paola was incredibly kind and helpful.

Paola made us feel right at home, and she’s a wonderful person. The rooms are very spacious, and our huge terrace overlooking the beautiful panoramic pool had both a dining table and sofas. The pool was kept immaculately. My husband, daughters, and I all loved our stay here. Highly recommend.

For us, this rustic hillside place was just right. There’s no luxury or extra frills, but the room was clean and well equipped, and the pool was very well maintained. Mrs. Paola was a delightful host. If you want peace in nature, a lovely climate, and a breathtaking view, you’ll find real tranquility here.

We’d love to return soon. The apartments are spotlessly clean, furnished with care in Tuscan style, and the service is warm and friendly. The location in the hills near Arezzo is beautifully peaceful, with a magnificent view. We’re looking forward to seeing Arezzo at night from the fantastic view when the large saltwater pool opens. It’s powered by water from its own well and solar energy. :-))
