They said the second night would be refunded, but three months later I still hadn't received anything. The hotel says it's down to its payment service, Nexi. I had booked two days at the motel, then got sick on arrival day and had to cancel. Paying the one-day no-show penalty was fine, since that was in the agreement.

I needed an invoice for my company stay and wasn't given one when I checked out, which was a real problem. Also, the place has an old look and rear doors inside the rooms, something I wasn't told before booking. If you're planning to stay several days, know that it has the feel of a brothel motel, and there are prostitutes in the neighborhood.

The rooms were clean, the food was nice, and the atmosphere was good. Ricky was really polite, too. We enjoyed staying here.
