The staff were warm and attentive, and helped us put together our itinerary with thoughtful local suggestions. They even moved us to a lovely suite at no extra charge. Every part of the stay, from the service to the little details, surpassed what we expected. A truly memorable experience, and highly recommended.

Gianvito and David looked after my whole family so well, and we're really grateful. The room was an actual cave, the breakfast was delicious, and the team always paid attention to what we needed. I've never stayed somewhere quite this unique, with hospitality and service to match. We can't wait to come back.

The hotel has loads of character, and the bed was comfortable. We loved the tasty breakfast and how friendly and helpful the staff were. It's perfectly placed for exploring the old town. I'd love to come back one day.

Breakfast was good, and the staff, especially Gionvuto and David, were so friendly. They had great recommendations and were easy to contact on WhatsApp. From check-in through check-out, we had a lovely stay in Matera. I'd definitely book here again.
