The restaurant surprised us with the excellent quality of the food. We booked this very clean hotel at the last minute for a three-day trip in March, during the off-season, and arrived with few expectations. The whole experience blew us away. The location is secluded, with breathtaking views, yet just 10 minutes from the nearest town. Staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating, and the rooms were a good size. We travelled with two small children, aged 2 and 3, and it worked perfectly for them too. There was absolutely nothing to fault. We can’t wait to come back in summer to try the beach and bbq areas!

I can’t speak to the rooms, but the restaurant is good and has a nice range of dishes. The local fish and meat are good, and there’s a good wine selection. They’re honest about where the food comes from, and the two waiters are certainly friendly, with one especially knowledgeable. We’ve had several very pleasant visits over the past four years. It’s a lovely setting and location.

The lake area is lovely and very well maintained. The water is clean, though the bottom is very muddy. There’s plenty set up for families: padel courts, a bar and toilet, beach chairs and umbrellas for rent, and a bbq area under the trees. The children’s play area is very entertaining, but closed for now. There are two restaurants. One is a fancy place where weddings and celebrations are usually held. There’s also a grill restaurant and a bar restaurant that serves pizza.

A great spot for a quick break from the city, with free parking and several things to do for adults and children. There’s a free garden area for sunbathing or picnics, plus a playground, volleyball court and a booth renting kayaks, paddleboats, sunbeds and umbrellas. You can book a barbecue table by calling the restaurant. It used to cost 20€ per table, but the latest price is 25€ each. Paddleboats are 10€ per hour, showers cost 0,20€, and the inflatable playground for kids is 7€.

I visited on 16 August 2024 and found it relaxing, but one thing was a big problem for me: there’s no changing room. Every other lake I’ve visited has its own changing rooms. I wish they would think about adding some. ❤️
