Davide, the owner, was such a lovely person and always available when we needed anything. He really made us feel at home. The cozy studio near the center of Oristano had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It was a pleasure staying with him, thank you!

The toilet was in an unacceptable state, and the place overall felt run-down and impractical. The apartment was just one room with a bathroom, a tiny kitchenette, a small closet and a built-in dining table. The bathroom door wouldn't shut.

Davide was kind and helpful. We stayed in the studio, which had everything we needed, and really liked the veranda too.

The location is fantastic for reaching the wonderful beaches in every direction. The house feels welcoming, with a real Sardinian heart, and the owner is fantastic, kind and helpful. Top!
