The property is cared for, though it's a little out of the way. That wasn't an issue for our short visit, since we didn't go to the beach. I wouldn't suggest it for a longer stay, especially as there didn't seem to be daily housekeeping, though perhaps that's just in the low season. Breakfast isn't included, but you can make your own in the kitchen. The hostess was welcoming, although I only met her at check-in.

For what we paid, I found the stay disappointing. There was no breakfast, the cleaning felt superficial, and the owner was only there when we arrived. I texted to ask where to leave the keys, but she didn't even have time to say hello. New guests deserve better treatment. I understand she looks after three properties, but if she can't manage them, there's little point in having three. Also, going without a POS is unheard of across Sardinia, where 90% of places have one. I stayed here from July 11 to July 21.

The hostess pays attention to what guests need. The property is maintained down to the little details, and the welcoming rooms are clean and have every comfort.
