Caprileone is a small village where time seems to stand still, and this peaceful B&B made a wonderful base for our stay. The beaches at Capo d'Orlando are about a 25-minute drive, and the Nebrodi Mountains are handy for excursions. Luca was thoughtful, attentive, and friendly. The Wi-Fi was excellent, especially considering there’s only one mobile provider in the area, and it wasn’t ours! 😄 Bye, Luca. See you next time for more lovely conversations.

Luca welcomed us so warmly and was always helpful and around when we needed him. The B&B was spectacular, warm, and welcoming, in a beautiful village with breathtaking views. Our room was wonderful, decorated with such taste and recycled materials. I might borrow a few ideas 💡. Breakfast was generous and delicious, especially Silvia's cakes. Mario and Giovanna put so much care into this B&B. They’re kind, welcoming, and helpful, and it was a pleasure talking with them. Breakfast on the lovely terrace was generous, with homemade cakes made with organic ingredients, dried fruit, homemade granita and brioche "col tuppo", almond biscuits, juice, yogurt, coffee, and cappuccino. The new property was impeccably clean, with convenient free parking. Our room was bright, spacious, and tastefully furnished, and the bathroom was roomy too, decorated with beautiful Santo Stefano di Camastra majolica tiles. It’s in quiet Capri Leone, where time seems to have stood still, and well placed for the beaches of Capo D'Orlando and places like the village of San Marco d'Alunzio in the Nebrodi National Park, one of Italy's most beautiful villages. I recommend this welcoming B&B to anyone wanting to discover Sicily and enjoy its beauty, as Giuseppe Li Voti, a renowned poet from Capri Leone, wrote: "Sicily like a tian no island is the same. The green mountains, the blue seas, the suns, the sunsets, the kisses that make you bitter."

The hosts were incredibly kind and gave us excellent tips for exploring the area. The property is ideally placed for visiting Nebrodi Park. It’s a beautifully renovated place, with handcrafted, distinctive furnishings that respect local traditions. Each room has its own color scheme, and they were spotless, with private bathrooms and air conditioning. There’s a large terrace on the third floor where they serve a generous breakfast of local traditional products. Highly recommended!
