I booked this place in February, then got a cancellation notice yesterday. I called in case it was an error, but was spoken to very rudely and told the room had been sold again for more money and that I was being ripped off. I now have flights booked and beach resorts paid for, with nowhere to sleep. I wouldn’t book here; I don’t consider them reliable or trustworthy.
