Villa Certosa Boutique Capri

Simona and Anu made us feel cared for at every turn. They were warm and professional, greeted us with smiles, gave us local recommendations and arranged special touches in our room. We felt like valued guests, and their genuine hospitality made the stay stand out. The hotel is perched above stunning sea views, and the elegant interiors feel both charming and comfortable. Every detail showed care, from the lovely breakfast presentation to the immaculate rooms. Capri is unforgettable on its own, but staying here made it extraordinary. I can’t recommend it enough. We’ll be back and look forward to seeing Simona and Anu again.

The modern feel added to the experience, and the whole hotel was spotless. Staff were always ready to help with a smile, and the service was top-notch. I loved the heated indoor and outdoor pool area, which made swimming possible whatever the weather. The views were stunning too. A relaxing getaway I’d definitely recommend.

Service was incredible, and the breakfast was next level, with a great healthy selection, fresh juices and lots more. The hotel itself was beautiful and brand new, and I’d still recommend it to friends. The sea-facing room had a decent view, but there’s a common gathering area where Capri’s children meet at night. It was very noisy, and we could hear it every night until one or two in the morning. Another downside was getting our luggage to the hotel. They didn’t include luggage transport or try to arrange it, and they didn’t help with transport to or from the ferry either. You can only reach the front of the hotel on foot, and it’s about a 10 minute walk from the main area. That’s fine without 100 pounds of luggage. For this price, the hotel should try to arrange help for guests. I know they’re new, so hopefully they’ll consider how to improve this.

Luka and Salvatore were incredibly hospitable and gave me amazing recommendations for Capri. The location, amenities, food and staff at Villa Certosa were all excellent. I was lucky to spend a few nights there recently, and I’ll definitely return.
