Hotel Weber will be my choice next time I'm in Capri. The location, views, food, and staff made the trip. I left my heart and soul here. Room #109 had everything we needed: lots of space for two, enough room for three adults, plenty of storage, outlets, a mini fridge, counter space, and mirrors so we didn't have to share the bathroom mirror while getting ready. There was no balcony, but the breathtaking view from the room lasted from the first day to checkout, and the hotel has great views all around. Ask about the Terrance for a photo with a beautiful backdrop. The drivers were all great, experienced on Capri's narrow roads, energetic, and had good taste in music. Mauricio was my favorite, though they all deserve credit. Reception staff greeted us, handled our luggage, and stayed attentive throughout. Toti, a young man with blonde curly hair who spoke Spanish, checked us in and booked our boat tour. He was a delight and a great person to have at the front. The dining team stood out, especially Aldo, Donato & Gilbertico, the three I spoke with most. They worked hard and stayed cool under pressure while lunch and dinner were always packed. The food and dessert were delicious, and the view was gorgeous. Try a limoncello shot after a meal, they're served ice cold. The pool staff ladies were very nice and attentive, and spoke Spanish too.

The free shuttle runs frequently to the city center, which was a great convenience. The sea view was breathtaking, and every staff member was professional and incredibly helpful. Many thanks to them all, with a special mention for Filipo at the restaurant, who made breakfast feel extra special. Well worth every penny.

Taking a sunrise swim in front of the Faraglioni and watching the yachters laugh at us peasants was worth the hassles. We liked the access to Marina Piccolo, a beautiful spot away from the bustle of Capri town and the Main Port, but after two nights we agreed we wouldn't want to stay longer. The room fell short of the rest of the experience. The shower drain and shampoo holder were broken, and the sink was about 95% clogged, taking five minutes to drain after washing our hands. The room and bathroom, including the linens, were fairly clean, but the cover blanket had a mystery-brown stain and the other blankets smelled dirty. Staff kindly brought a fresh one when asked. The room smelled musty, especially the bathroom. The air conditioning worked very well during the hot days of our September stay. Breakfast was good, though not as good as others we'd had in Italy; we did enjoy the omelette station. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, hospitable, and gave the large hotel a personal touch. The shuttle to town and the port was a big plus, with easy access and wonderful drivers.

The sea view from my room was amazing, and the shuttle to Capri center was very useful. The hotel was great and the staff extremely friendly, especially Cataldo and Antônio. Antônio even spoke Portuguese. Highly recommend it.

We had dinner's local Crosta di Sale style fish on our last evening, which we really enjoyed. Cataldo served us each night, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner teams were cheerful, fun, and entertaining. Service was incredible, with welcoming staff always around when we needed something. We also appreciated the good value, lovely beach access, and the views from the room.
