The staff's hospitality made this stay special. Everyone was friendly, professional, and ready to help, and Gaia gave us a particularly warm welcome with real kindness and professionalism. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, the facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient. Everything was handled thoughtfully, and we felt relaxed and welcome throughout. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend the hotel, and would be delighted to return.

The views were gorgeous from everywhere we went, including the rooms, lounge, dining area, pool, and rooftop. Our room was clean, spacious, and elegant, and the private Jacuzzi was a fantastic extra. Excelsior Park also arranged rides to and from Capri center all weekend, which helped a lot. As soon as we arrived on Capri, we got a warm welcome and a complimentary car ride from the port. Emmanuel, our concierge, then talked us through the island highlights, suggested restaurants, and put together an itinerary around what we wanted to do. My wife and I are already keen to return to Capri and Excelsior! A big shoutout to Gaia, Emmanuel, Pradeep, and everyone else on the team. They were incredibly warm and friendly.

The complimentary shuttle to the center or harbor was a lovely touch, and breakfast was excellent: fresh, varied, and full of delicious local specialties, all served with care. The team's kindness and attentive, professional service made us feel at home from the start. Hotel Excelsior Parco is a beautifully restored Art Nouveau villa, full of charm and character, and our room was stunning. The rooftop terrace and Jacuzzi were a highlight, especially for watching the sunset over the Bay of Naples. This was an unforgettable stay. Thanks to the whole team for making Excelsior Parco a place we’ll want to return to. A boutique hotel with style, comfort, and hospitality that exceeded every expectation. Absolutely recommendable!
