Oliveto Capri

My main issue was the lack of flexibility around a change in plans. I contacted them a month ahead because I could only stay one night instead of two, and was told they could cancel the second night but wouldn't refund the money. Once I arrived, they discussed the possibility of a refund and said they'd let me know, but I never heard back. I had to go through my bank to get a response. Unexpected things happen on trips, and you can only hope to get your money back when plans change. For me, that lack of flexibility is a deal breaker, though others may not mind. The place itself is clean and cute, with good service when you first arrive and a walk to central Capri that isn't too long. There are other places with similar prices and much nicer rooms. If you're certain your plans won't change and no emergency will come up, it could be a good place to stay. Otherwise, save yourself the headache.

We arrived at oliveto and Stephano welcomed us himself. He showed us the room and said he'd upgraded us because it was my daughter's birthday. What a castle! We got to enjoy half the villa, including a large front patio overlooking the Capri ocean. Inside was a big living room with a kitchen and half bath, plus three bedrooms upstairs with three full bathrooms. After traveling through multiple cities and countries and running low on clean clothes, the villa even had a washing machine. There was also a safe box, AC, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, and heavenly beds. I'd give oliveto seven stars. I recommend oliveto.

Oliveto Capri was a great choice for our family or a girls' trip. There was plenty of space, the accommodations were clean, the location was perfect, and the customer service was excellent. We loved every minute. Thanks, Oliveto staff!

He arranged everything that same day and made getting an apartment easy, with no fuss. The apartment was spacious and lovely, with gorgeous views from its generous terrace. Marco met me and was very helpful, making check-in simple. The apartment had everything I needed.
