Palazzo M Capri

The rooms are beautiful and the location is great, but we had money stolen and ants in the upstairs bathroom. When we raised the missing money with the manager, all we got was, “no one reported that they took it”. We asked many times for a reasonable solution before writing a review. After we posted it, the manager told us to leave for “defaming their business” instead of working with us. They said their “thorough review” involved checking CCTV outside the rooms, but no staff member would walk out holding cash. The situation was handled extremely poorly and put a huge damper on our honeymoon. I would not recommend this place.

The room was spacious and spotless, with a terrace overlooking both the village and the sea. The location is great for getting around, right by the taxi stand, and shops are an easy walk away. Before our Capri trip and throughout our stay, the staff helped arrange beach clubs and restaurants. We made lots of requests on WhatsApp and they always replied incredibly quickly. We're very grateful. Capri has many good hotels, but the mix of location, service, and room quality here is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Anna, the General Manager, and the rest of the staff made a stressful wedding day much easier. They respected our wishes, handled the details, got two wedding dresses ironed at the last minute, and timed hot food for the bridal suite so it arrived while I was finishing my hair and makeup and wouldn't get cold. Their professionalism meant a lot. My husband and I stayed for our wedding week, and the suite was a perfect choice. It was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches and lovely natural light for doing my makeup. The sea view from the room was breathtaking. The service, location, rooms, and views all made for an out-of-this-world stay. We felt so well cared for, and I can't wait to return to Capri and stay here again. Thank you to the team for making the week so memorable.

We visited in September and loved the spacious, modern, clean rooms and the beautiful view from ours. The staff were friendly, and the hotel is right in town, with buses, taxis, and a walking path nearby. We can't recommend it enough and will definitely come back next time we're in Capri!
